I've always wondered where do the video game guns,ammo, grenades,vehicle,clothing,dirt,grass,sand,hats,taunts,deaths, dog tags,badges, ribbons, ect ect. come from?

I can be sitting there in perfect immersion and then a jet poofs in front of me, or my horse rides up a up the steep side of a moutain and a pack of wolves come falling from the sky.

Is there some kind of STUFF god? Or maybe a giant Santa that throws STUFF down from the sky? or maybe its the gremlins. Its probably the gremlins but I'm not sure, Which hero from 98th level of Sildeyuir can answer this question for yours truly.
