They need to bring new releases to their service quicker! really have they not learend anything? they need to ditch the whole DVD mailing and get as much content for their online as possible, if they could get new releases online I would be willing to pay more.

I'll second or I guess third that, I cancelled the mail service during the whole flixster fiasco and never looked back. Netflix losing Starz could and hopefully will end up being a good thing, assuming they use the opportunity to obtain new licenses. One can at least hope.
