[Game Deals] EA Week on Steam – The Sims

Featured Replies

Would anyone recommend just the main game? I used to like The Sims 1 a long time ago, but the whole 20 expansion packs thing is kind of a turn off. Like the game will feel incomplete if you just have the original lol.

I totally recommend it. I bought it off of EA's website when it came out and I had fun playing it. So did Jason. I don't get to play it much now though, but it's worth it. I haven't purchased any of the expansions, so I can't speak for those though.

The concept of The Sims Medieval actually sounds kind of interesting, and it's down to $25 atm on Amazon, but the same thing will probably happen to it with 500 expensive expansion packs. lol
