No idea if one did or not... doubt it though. MS was charging them too much to update it.

Yeah, I suspect it will be some contest to submit user made levels. Then it will be a little bit down the road that they'll put the package together. Still cool.

Nope, hell TF2 360 is plain out broken with tons of glitches, and has been for a long time now.
