60 days is all it took for Kinect to sell more than what Microsoft was hoping for and also topple the competition, Sony’s Move.

Microsoft was hoping for 5 million Kinect units moved and instead ended up with more than 8 million units sold in the first 60 days since Kinect has been released on November 4, 2010.  Move has only sold 4.1 million units since it’s release on September 17, 2010.
