Contest / Giveaway Rules And Regulations

BELOW ARE THE RULES THAT ARE SET FORTH BY THE FORUM ADMINS/MODERATORS TO ENSURE A FAIR ENVIRONMENT FOR CONTESTS AND GIVEAWAYS FOR ALL MEMBERS OF THE GAMERCIDE COMMUNITY.

1. CONTEST/GIVEAWAY PERIOD. The contest/giveaway period is determined by the holder of the contest/giveaway and can be changed at any time by the presenter.

2. ELIGIBILITY. Eligibility is determined by the contest/giveaway holder and will be given up front in the main contest/giveaway description. We at Gamercide urge that eligibility include the entrants be active members of the community and at the very least have created a "New User" thread, if not a minimum number of posts. All entrants are subject to verification by the contest/giveaway holder and entries can be removed as the presenter sees fit.

3. HOW TO ENTER. The rules for entering a contest will be determined by the contest/giveaway holder and outlined in the original description. Contest/Giveaway holder reserves the right to disqualify any entry as they see fit if they do not follow the criteria that is outlined or if they are determined to be ineligible based upon the eligibility requirements.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. All entries will be judged and and winner(s) will be notified by the contest/giveaway holder. Necessary information needed to award prizes will be the responsibility of the contest/giveaway holder and the winner(s).
