I just want to know what "naimina" means, and what is the relation to UVB-76? After they say that, they phonetically spell out "naimina" with the whole "nicholai, ana, ivan, michial, etc etc etc".

Yah dude. It's scary. It may also be part of their Dead Hand system they have set up (which is SCARY to think about.)

Another possibility is that the constant transmission of its characteristic sound is supposed to signal the availability, operation or alertness of some kind of installation, a kind of dead man's switch of a military or other installation, possibly for the Dead Hand system.

Who knows, but as they said, it's very rare that actual voice transmissions have been observed over the last 20 years. For there to be MULTIPLE different ones and weird stuff within the past week is alarming.

After reading the wiki page a bit I found this:

On August 20, 2010 at 05:11 UTC, a garbled voice speaking Russian was detected by amateur listeners. It made a short message with 56° 5'8.23"N little interference and then repeated itself with noticeably more static. This followed recent activity on the station that included more static than usual and several instances of objects being moved/dropped. All of this was detected by amateur listeners and is unconfirmed at the moment.

Now it may not mean anything but 56° 5'8.23"N is located at Ringkøbing Havn, Denmark
