i think the assemblers at wal mart did a shoddy job at putting it together and therefor it fell apart.

well, i took it back and swapped it for another one. i also picked up a twelve ounce spidey thermos.....with a built in straw, thank you. wore a shirt with two pockets for my cigs and zune, and had a blast. i didn't want to quit. sipped ice cold budweiser cheladas the whole time, and she lived through it! woot!

That would be my guess too. I usually opt to put my own stuff together if I can.
