You silly Playstation 3 gamers. Just because you buy a Call of Duty Elite subscription does not mean that you get the DLC first, those only who have the Xbox 360 get if first. Confused? Citing a development source from Microsoft, Eurogamer is reporting that the next Kinect will be so accurate that it will be able to read lips. If that turns out to be true, it could not only be a huge improvement on the motion sensing device itself, but also a plus for gamers who are physically disabled and need to utilize more voice commands. According to the source, "Kinect 2 will be so powerful it will enable games to lip read, detect when players are angry, and determine in which direction they are facing." In a rather questionable and unexplainable move, Square Enix has decided to put the legendary assassin from Assassin's Creed, Ezio Auditore into their upcoming sequel to Final Fantasy Xlll, Final Fantasy Xlll-2 with Ubisoft's approval of course. Square Enix and Ubisoft made the announcement in a joint press release stating that the assassin's costume from Assassin's Creed: Revelations will be an available option to Final Fantasy Xlll-2's main character, Noel Kreiss. Those of you who have yet to install Bethesda's recent patch for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim on your Xbox 360 might want to wait. Gamers have flocked to the Skyrim forums and are expressing their outrage after many have discovered their game is just about unplayable after installing the update. UFC fans will have to wait to watch UFC fights on their Xbox 360 until December 20, because Microsoft announced that the app has been delayed. The UFC app which was suppose to arrive on the Xbox 360 today allows gamers to watch fights, stream in HD, watch the interactive fight card, and of course purchase pay per views all while using Kinect. The winter 2011 dashboard update has been slightly delayed according to Major Nelson in a tweet over Twitter. No word as to why, but Major Nelson said he will provide a "status update" later today. The Darkness 2's "Vendettas" four player co-op has been detailed by 2K Games. The campaign co-op mode features four characters who are all wielding weapons that harness the power of The Darkness. Each character is unique in their own background including the mentally unstable and out for revenge Inugami, the evil destroying seeker Shoshanna, a notorious alcoholic Jimmy who can summon Darklings that he refers to as "Little Jimmy's", and there is J.P., an ex doctor who once used voodoo to heal patients and is now carrying around a sense of guilt. The newly announced Sims 3 expansion, "Showtime" is all about your sim showing off their inner acrobat, singer, magician, or DJ. What? No Sazh?! That's right, there is a rumor swirling about that we might not see one of the more popular figures from Final Fantasy XIII. Details from a Japanese magazine, Dengeki Playstation include news that Sazh won't be appearing in the new Final Fantasy XIII-2. Oddworld: Strangers Wrath HD is going to be hitting the Playstation Network on December 27th in North America for $14.99. It will also be releasing in stores worldwide, except for the Far East/Russia/Portugal and the Ukraine.
