  1. UFC fans will have to wait to watch UFC fights on their Xbox 360 until December 20, because Microsoft announced that the app has been delayed. The UFC app which was suppose to arrive on the Xbox 360 today allows gamers to watch fights, stream in HD, watch the interactive fight card, and of course purchase pay per views all while using Kinect. Microsoft did not say why the delay happened, but at least it will be available for the next pay per view fight. via Gaming Blend Click here to view the article

  3. Those of you who have yet to install Bethesda's recent patch for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim on your Xbox 360 might want to wait. Gamers have flocked to the Skyrim forums and are expressing their outrage after many have discovered their game is just about unplayable after installing the update. Patch 1.2 went live yesterday and since then gamers have been complaining of bugs, quests not advancing, dragons still flying backwards, spells not working, not being able to play saved games, and the list goes on. 5. Citing a development source from Microsoft, Eurogamer is reporting that the next Kinect will be so accurate that it will be able to read lips. If that turns out to be true, it could not only be a huge improvement on the motion sensing device itself, but also a plus for gamers who are physically disabled and need to utilize more voice commands. According to the source, "Kinect 2 will be so powerful it will enable games to lip read, detect when players are angry, and determine in which direction they are facing." The source is also claiming that it will be able to send more information to the next gen Xbox. " It can be cabled straight through on any number of technologie…

  7. A woman who could not handle her husband's noobish love for Modern Warfare 3 has placed him up for sale on Craigslist, but only as a "joke" of course. "I am selling my 22 year old husband. He enjoys eating and playing video games all day. Easy to maintain, just feed and water every 3-5 hours. You must have Internet and space for gaming. Got tired of waiting so free to good home. If acceptable replacement is offered will trade." states the ad. Kyle, her husband that is up for sale finds it hilarious and says that his wife supports his gaming habits. "I love my wife. She supported me when I got the game. We stayed until midnight to get the game when it first came out. It'…

With the Wii U and Xbox Next in the works, many have been left wondering, what about Sony? Sony was a little more than late to the party when the Xbox 360 launched in 2005. According to Playstation Europe Boss, Jim Ryan, that will not be happening again. "I think we would consider it undesirable to be significantly later than the competition [with the next PlayStation]." Ryan told Eurogamer in a recent interview. Couple that statement with the recent headline from Edge stating that one huge Sony owned studio has halted work permanetly on the PS3 to begin developing the PS4, it looks like the battle of the next gen consoles is about to begin....again. via Euro…

Okay, I'll admit it. I'm insanely jealous of this little boy's room. Why do you ask? His bedroom is decked out in everything Portal including the artwork on his walls, bedding, lamps, and Glados. Yes, he even has his own Glados. But wait, it gets even better. The boy whose name happens to be as badass as his room, Vector, also has a Portal themed bathroom. Yeah, I know your jaw just dropped. http://youtu.be/QzJm6Cn8ye4 http://youtu.be/_63HRCfjkBwvia Joystiq Click here to view the article

Perhaps one of the most interesting rumors surrounding the still rumored and not confirmed next Xbox is a recent rumor that the next console will not allow the useage of used games. This nasty little rumor began on Kotaku when they cited their sources that claimed that whenever the Xbox 720 is released, the console will automatically say a big fat no when the user puts a used game into the tray. Before the subscribers of Gamefly and lovers of used games at Gamestop get their panties into a bunch, the Xbox 720 itself hasn't even been confirmed or mentioned by Microsoft, let alone this little rumor. So take a big deep breath and go back to playing. via IGN Click here to v…

  13. You silly Playstation 3 gamers. Just because you buy a Call of Duty Elite subscription does not mean that you get the DLC first, those only who have the Xbox 360 get if first. Confused? Activision's Dan Amrich took to his blog to explain why this is going on after PS3 gamers started complaining that they are receiving the DLC last. "Back in 2010, Activision and Microsoft entered a business deal to release DLC on Xbox 360 earlier than other platforms; this contract is valid through the year 2012. This business deal was very widely reported by the games media when the announcement was made at E3 in 2010, and the DLC releases for both Modern Warfare 2 and Call of Duty: Bla…

  16. EA has once again proven that being the bigger man is not in their vocabulary when it comes to dealing with their Origin's competition, Steam. On a post in the Bioware forums for the upcoming Mass Effect 3, Bioware states that the RPG will only be available on Origin "initially" and not Steam. Why do you ask? According to Bioware's Chris Priestly it's because of Steam's "restrictive terms of service". "During initial release Mass Effect 3 will be available on Origin and a number of other 3rd party digital retailers, but not on Steam at this time. Steam has adopted a set of restrictive terms of service which limit how developers interact with customers to deliver patches…

During Microsoft's CES 2012 keynote speech, it was announced that Kinect for Windows will be launching on February 1st. Amazon currently has the PC Kinect device listed at a sale price of $249.99. The Kinect for Windows supports voice commands and hand gestures and features an improvement over the Xbox 360 Kinect version when it comes to how well the Kinect picks up movements at a closer level which is something many Kinect gamers have been complaining about with some games including the popular workout regime, Your Shape Fitness Evolved series. I myself am one of those complainers and can vouch for the issue with the recently release Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012. On…

Fusible did a tiny bit of detective work regarding Activision's record breaking Call of Duty: Black Ops and discovered that not only was blackops2.com switched over recently to MarkMonitor which happens to be the privacy service that Activision is a client to, but also that in August Activision bought the domains blackops3.com, blackops4.com, blackops5.com, and blackops6.com making it appear that not only is Call of Duty Black Ops 2 is on the horizon but that there will be a total of 6 in the Black Ops series. This should not come as a surprise to anybody with the never ending supply of games that share the name Call of Duty, but Black Ops 6? Really Activision? via Fusib…
