The update will start at 7:00 am pacific time or for those on the east coast, 10:00 am. According to DC's All Access panel at Wondercon, DC showed a trailer for Batman: Arkham Knight that featured Bruce Wayne and Two-Face and afterwards told those in the audience that the game will now be seeing a a release date sometime in 2015. Rocksteady Studios has yet to comment on whether or not Batman: Arkham Knight has indeed been delayed.
