Funny, but it's the same as the zombie prank (not sure if it's the same guy) in that he's lucky to not get beat up or shot.  It's also probably kind of illegal in some way to make people think you're about to assault them with a chainsaw and cause panic (partly due to the possibility of injury when panicked) lol.
