mtv-games-logo.jpgIn some unexciting news today, an official announcement was made by MTV that stated that MTV Games is done making video games after Harmonix was bought by Harmonix in December of 2010.

A rep stated to GameSpot stated that "MTV Games has ceased its publishing operations but has not been completely dissolved," and only a small crew remains in New York for the time being.

With that earth shattering announcement, we can now all get back to work.
