A video has been uploaded by Youtube user kick755 that shows him playing Dead Space 2 with Kinect and a Wii remote in his right hand.

In the video, Isaac Clarke responds what seems to be perfectly to kick755's movements, mirroring him exactly.    If this video is legit, it does help to prove that games that are not sports or recreation types can respond well to Kinect.
