If you've signed up a few weeks ago, the second step is now live. Head to the Microsoft Connect site and log in. From there, go to the upper left and click "Xbox LIVE Update Home". From there, click on "Starting 11/1 - Console Registrations". Now go down and click the first link inside of "Step One". Get your "key", copy it and then input that key into your console. It will prompt a small download (under 2mbs). Once that is finished, run the program and follow the easy and quick instructions. That tool will upload your serial number and other information that you once had to input manually.

You're done! Validation and admittance comes within 1 or 2 days. Enjoy.
