This isn't neat or surprising, but old now that I'm replying to it. I'd say it does fall under some other threads that we have going though.

He wasn't using a finger gun

Finger guns are lots of fun.

Upon reading this I thought to myself: "This is a predictable result of the 'big mean dog' hysteria. Ya know that meme were having a dog to protect your home is dangerous to you and others -- particularly trespassers of all stripes. They will outlaw dogs with guns mark my words. And I notice that both are by increments being slowly put outside the pale as it were, not illegal, but unfashionable if you will."

Police and their political bosses are corrupt and/or cowards in the main and on the whole that NEVER take on real dangerous criminals and criminal gangs unless forced by threat of exposure as cowards and ONLY then if it is easier and safer to use force upon the criminal scum than it is to beat in the skulls of those exposing the police incompetence. It goes without saying that this one needs: fired, beaten and publicly shamed for being an ******* and a coward.

There are some 240 of them in my county; give me 240 armed persons, whom all have an AR-15, auto-shotguns,body armor,basic tactical training, combined with a willingness to follow orders: and I would eliminate the criminal gangs in days, and cripple them in hours. The meths labs,whore houses,shooting galleries and such would be burned to the ground. The corpses hung up to rot and the scum that operated them would be justly afraid for their skins, since NONE would die well or easily if I had a say -- think of nailing one rat to the floor so that the others know that you are serious with them.

Organized Crime would be wiped out physically, and liberals and others that whine about the rights of this scum would be presented with a 'nothing you can do about it now whiner hippy silly sally, the scum is dead and YA I do really think you are NUMBER ONE! See I am showing you my finger!', situation. The emphasis would be squarely on results and not the rights of the lowest scum of the lowest scum among the living. Plus 240 armed men, who have just killed as a group for a purpose are a serious argument against sissy sally court actions that the limp wristed left and opportunist lawyer scumbags might want to bring forward. And simply put anyone that did such a thing would enjoy enormous popular support; support enough to be a threat to the current system. Moving against such a person or persons very well might spark outrage among the populous beyond the ability of the media and consumerist society to control and defuse.

I know I know the rule of law and all that; but honestly IS it working that good for the common man and women of today as it stands? It is my contention that thy law has chucked everyone overboard that is not worth at least 100,000 dollars American except to impose itself upon us for the benefit of themselves and the 1% of the 'elite' that own this slave camp. This being I believe true, maybe, just maybe, it is time to invoke the law of action and write new laws? I mean truly if the makers of the law are corrupt -- they are lawyers in the main -- and the enforcers of the law are corrupt, cowardly and craven; then how can the rule of these half-humans be sacrosanct?

The reality is that the police and/or their masters do not want to end the very cause that justifies their own elevated status in society, so they make 'crime' by enforcing silly laws upon soft easy targets of opportunity, and allow criminals to create anxiety at the same time, with a tolerated level of violent crime just for effect. They have a vested interest in ensuring that a certain number of people are victimized and harmed so as to justify budgets at hearings, they are great for media sound bits and ensuring voter turn out in the national fraud called elections: Cola or Cola. And nothing changes, who would have figured?

Just a rant. Terrible pain in my back today, so my mood may not be the best. And the pain killers are definitely warping the mind -- but maybe in a good kind of way.
