This lady was checking out at Wal-Mart and saw kids walk in and then walk out with 3 cases of beer without paying. She chased them down and jumped on top of the car trying to stop them. She didn't, but the cops caught them later. Watch the video if you have some time. She told police that she was tired of the lawlessness.
