This and other recent instances, will change the way developers and publishers do business with sites and publications that work in the industry. I'm already starting to see the trend of publishers sending out review copy just a day before release. I'm assuming the reasoning behind this is several fold. One of which is, community sites that get the review copy, toss up an innocuous review of the game they never played, and sell their copy early on eBay for big bucks.
