STUPID! So what, it's a What If? scenario? Capcom is trying too hard to play off the popularity of Frank West. He was a cool character in the first game, but they don't need to be all "lawls he so cool, throw money at us to use him agains! Also we's not explaining the whole plot of DR2 so yous guys can buy DLCs that reveal more of it. Yay money!"
