Well for some reason the generator makes noise for about an hour when I turn on my xbox 360. Then, when i put games in take them out they tend to crack the eye of the game where it reads the disc. Can anyone help or do i just need an emergency new xbox 360?

I keep it layed down man. Well I used keep it up when i first got it.

Well if it is cracking discs then it sounds like you definitely need a repair or a replacement. If the fan is going loudly also on a continual basis it sounds like it may be clogged up somewhere and is trying to cool itself down.
