As one of the trailer blurbs says, "An intellectual horror film". It's all the same stuff my own father has been telling me for the past 15 years. What's good about the film, is that he lays it all out so it's easy to understand.

The one core component in the collapse, is oil. It's a finite resource and we depend on it for almost everything we use today. We're past the peak stage of oil production. From here on out, production will be smaller and smaller until it's totally gone. You wake up in the morning, and some of the first things you do, are directly related to oil. Your toothbrush and even the toothpaste, are made with oil. There is no other sustainable energy, that doesn't require other energy to run. There are two that sort of do, but aren't enough to make a difference. Wind and solar.

Just watch the film and educate yourselves, please. Just watch it so you can call me Chicken Little, if you must.
