It's a fantastic webcomic, which is based on a storyline imagined by a 5 yr old kid. His 29 yr old older brother happens to be an "artist" of sorts and decided to illustrate his younger brother's storylines. The results are amazing IMO.

Anyways, some dude made a fan creation of the first "episode" of Axe Cop. Hilarious!
