Camp Century - An Interesting Tale Of An Underground Army Base

If you have a half hour to kill, there is a pretty cool video at the above link . The US Army built an underground base under the ice and snow in Greenland during the 1960's. Sadly, it was abandoned after a few years when it began to collapse in on itself, but the above video is one of those old Army propaganda movies detailing the construction and use of it. Pretty amazing stuff.

Very cool. Reminds me of the setting for Penumbra: Overture (took place in an underground arctic military base; game is made by the same people as Amnesia: Dark Descent).
