ok, the dude that killed all those folks at that beer plant......they're arresting people. one lady is charged with sixth degree larson for taking beer off his truck, but he gave it to her. in fact, that's why he was fired and shot the place up. this other guy is arrested for undermining the peace or something. he said he understands why the guy did what he did. true, that's a messed up thing to say, but arresting him? i'm confused....

The first part is iffy at best. It was accepting stolen goods but it would depend if she thought they were stolen or not. The second part is just plain ridiculous. Arrested for a non direct comment? That's blown waaay out of proportion.

in the wake of what happened, i think it's pointless to charge this lady. even if she knew, why? why push the issue? is it all for justice? eight people murdred and they want to push the point of not taking beer off their drivers?
