Every Xbox One Will Include a Headset

  • Microsoft has done some back peddling with the "no headset" rule with purchases of the Xbox One outside of the limited edition Day One console.

Microsoft confirmed the news that every Xbox One will come with a headset in a blog post on Xbox Wire that included the unboxing of a Day One edition Xbox 360.

Also confirmed is that every Xbox One will come with a 4K HDMI cable. "When we say 4K HDMI cable, we mean it. The HDMI cable we’re including is an actual Category 2 HDMI cable, rated for 1080P, 3D and 4K, according to the HDMI 1.4 spec."

For those of you that were wondering if the Xbox One console in the video is the newly announced 853mhz GPU, it is and it also happens to be one of the first production units. FYI...there are less than 20 of those that exist.

It's like MS is playing a game of good idea / bad idea with all the changes they keep making to the system.
