More than those kind of difficulties, the edited content was way too much and dealing with that was more difficult than anything.... This time, truly, the content that was cut was sig

Microsoft has managed to secure another "first" in the battle of the console peeing contest. Just announced at E3, Xbox 360 users will receive the downloadable content before the other guys for the out next year reboot, Tomb Raider. Seems kind of silly announcing DLC before the game releases, but I guess that "my stream last longers than yours" is the real battle here.

The production window, where you manage resources, produce units and manage trade. But this control is also where the game falls down. Nothing is explained well. A tutorial is present, although it is text only and ultimately too quick and shallow to be of any help in such a deep game. It is necessary to read the manual through, which is well done. There are also great resources online to help players get accustomed to the game. Once this very steep learning curve is cleared, the game is very en

      Players: 1/up to 32

Hearts of Iron 3, one of many titles made by grand strategy giants Paradox Interactive, is a grand strategy game set around the events of World War II. In it, players are able to take control of any historical country that existed between the period of 1936 - 1944, though the game can be played to 1948. With hundreds of historical provinces open for conquest, this is as massive as you can get, aside from managing a real country. It should be said that the game is not just a World War II game, but one that features all events in history during this period.

Players choose their starting country from any of those that existed at the time, including those that did not actively participate in the War. At the same time, a starting time period is chosen. These are historical points from 1936 to 1944. This allows players to jump straight into the War, if they so chose, or start earlier, to fully prepare. With the addition of the Semper Fi expansion, countries who are the leaders of factions (Allies, Axis, Comintern) can also choose their own victory conditions, giving another level of strategy to the game.

Virtually everything is managed by the player. Diplomacy, Politics, Technology, Production, Intelligence (Spy Agencies) and Military movement can all be managed by the player. They can also be set to AI controlled at anytime, though this sometimes creates conflicts if AI and Player control are mixed. This control really make the game shine - those who love their history will be overjoyed with this control over their chosen country. It is definitely a game for those with heavy strategy and simulation in mind.

Apparently you not only make the player the president of the United States, but also give them superpowers. Saint's Row IV is a bit of a departure, even from how wacky the last game got. The Earth is threatened by evil alien overlord Zinyak, and the player and the gang are abducted right out of the oval office. Being trapped in a simulation a la The Matrix leads to some interesting gameplay possibilities, as well as tons of awesome references. It's not long before you start getting super powers

Perhaps one of the most interesting rumors surrounding the still rumored and not confirmed next Xbox is a recent rumor that the next console will not allow the useage of used games. This nasty little rumor began on Kotaku when they cited their sources that claimed that whenever the Xbox 720 is released, the console will automatically say a big fat no when the user puts a used game into the tray. Before the subscribers of Gamefly and lovers of used games at Gamestop get their panties into a bunc
