Meanwhile gamers on the console end have been waiting on word on whether on not Diablo 3 will see the light of day after Diablo makers Blizzard had posted job openings that appeared to make it seem like they wanted to test the waters with Diablo heading over the PS3 and or Xbox 360. Well anxious console gamers I hate to burst your bubble, but that was not entirely true and Blizzard has the perfect explanation.

In an interview with Gamasutra, Blizzard's Jay Wilson said that they were kind of lying in order to gain more employees, but they still remain unsure about Diablo's future on a console.

"We tell people that basically we're experimenting, because it helps us hire people. The better people we hire, the better chance we have to actually make it. That's why we haven't kept it super secret, but we also haven't confirmed it, because we're not sure yet whether we think it will work, and whether we think we have the resources to do it."

Take that however you want to, but I'll pretty much say that's a no for right now.

Team Ghost, would you like me to lay a smack down on your candy asses or in this case silicone giant fake ass? In what has to be the one of the worst ad campaigns ever in the history of Ubisoft's Ghost Recon series or no I take that back, video game history, Team Ghost decided to get Ice-T's wife Coco and her huge ass in on the ad. That's right I said, her huge giant ass. If you are an ass man, then dim the lights, get a tissue and some jergens because you are going to appreciate this video. However if you are more like me and are shaking your head right now at Ubisoft for thinking so little of us gamers then run along now, there is nothing to see. Who am I kidding, I am in a land of males.

It's not very often that any of the writers here at Gamercide post about anything but gaming news. It's also not everyday that we're all this excited about something or someone. In this case, it's Dillon Hodges. Musician, singer, and songwriter.

I've wracked my brain trying to remember where I first came across "

". I'm sure it was on his website, but I don't recall what led me there. If it was social media, I'm glad. Social media (in this case Twitter), is how I came to learn all about the man and his wonderful music. We've shared a few lines of text with each other, and his beautiful fiancé even thanked me for helping spread the word. He's a gracious man, and from what I gather, bewildered that people would want to help him spread the word about his music. The answer, my friend, is quite simple -- you are that good. Your music is so enjoyable, that people like myself find it odd that you're not already famous. We want you to succeed so that we can enjoy your music for as long as possible.
Dillon Hodges has some music on his website, and on YouTube. However, if you'd like to help him fund his debut album, please consider visiting his Kickstarter page. The different bonuses for contributing, make wanting to help him that much more fun. We'll all get to experience his first album, but some of us may even get our own personalized song, or concert. Imagine the near future when Dillon finally goes supernova big. You'll be one of the few people that can say, "That guy wrote and recorded a song just for me!". It'll be absolutely true, and your song will now be coveted by legions of fans and collectors.

Dream a little, get a little. Dare to dream big, and the possibilities may surprise you. Dillon's dreaming it all right now, and he has Gamercide believing every beautiful word of it. Don't take our words for it, though. Listen for yourselves and you just may be amazed like we continue to be.

If you play Demon/Dark Souls, keep an open eye and shield out for someone who just may be singing as they invade your game! I don't know if he really invades games, but it would be awesome if he did!

**UPDATE II** Apparently he does invade! Dillon's wonderful fiancé, Elise, has commented to the fact below. Hi, Elise!

**UPDATE III** We're extremely happy to announce that Dillon has met his Kickstarter goal of $10,000! Congratulations, Dillon. Take some time to celebrate, but do please start work soon. We at Gamercide are looking very forward to blasting your debut album. All the very best to you and your wonderful fiancé. You're both two of the kindest people we've met online. Love, Your Biggest Fans, Gamercide.

Creators of the upcoming Kinect only spin on the Fable series, Fable: The Journey, are saying that fans are being unfair and that they really need to just give it a chance.

Former Microsoft employee and Fable Designer Peter Molyneux said in a recent press conference that he wants gamers to know that they will not be "leaping" through the air.

"From the blogs and the posts that I've seen, there's a lot of skepticism out there. People think that they're going to be leaping around the room or they're going to have to shout at the top of their voice and feel embarrassed. We don't want that - we want you to feel relaxed."

Molyneux isn't the only one that was on the Fable team that is speaking out. Both Dene and Simon Carter are saying that the response has not been "fair" and that if this was a Mario game, nobody would even question it.

"Why there can't be room for a Kinect side spin-off of the Fable franchise I don't know. That seems a bit odd. I can't think of any good reason why that would not work. If this was a Mario thing for example, if this was a Mario shooter based on the Wii controller, nobody would go, 'That's a terrible thing. That should never have happened. That's a betrayal blah blah blah vitriol vitriol."

Is Fable ready for Kinect, but more importantly are fans ready to take a Kinect only Fable game seriously?

via Eurogamer

Gamers have been pouring into Metacritic to give their own reviews and score for Mass Effect 3 which just so happened to release at midnight. Unfortunately most of the reviews have been zeroes due to some fail worthy comments who apparently cannot stomach that you can have same sex relations in the game and astonishingly managed to beat a 20-40 hour game within 12 hours of release. This is just to merely serve as an embarrassment to the asshat cry babies in this world. *Caution ramblings below were not edited for spoilers or profane language. Read at your own risk*

gayme3scenes "Daaaaaaaang! I ain't know there was gay sex scenes in this game! I thought was gurrrbage but these scenes...they have renewed my faith in the game. This game made me want to go "Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!" I honestly thought this game was a load of garbage, until I got to the sex scenes. The gay ones, I mean. I would rate this game a -04, but instead it is getting a 10 from me due to the gay sex scenes that make this game the smash hit that it is!!"

HemburgerHolpor ""No Shepard" Kaidan Alenko grunted, as the commander began to mount up behind him, "I'm not ready for our relationship to go this far so soon...". Shepard stopped briefly, erect dick in hand, staring at Kaidan's virgin anus. A dialogue wheel appeared on screen, the traditional Bioware 3 choice system. -Don't worry, I'll be gentle -I'm hungry -You don't have a choice here The dialogue wheel spun to the bottom right and a devious smile spread over Shepard's face. Kaidan's screams reverbated throughout the Normandy as the reapers destroyed earth.… "

Scorpio594 "You biodrones will eat up any **** HURR THEYRE JUST MAD BECAUSE HOMOSEX HURR DLC IS A PART OF THE GAME DEAL WITH IT HURR THEYRE JUST TROLLS HURR THEY JUST READ THE SPOILERS ONLINE HURR THEYRE JUST MORONS HURR ILL JUST THROW OUT A TEN BECAUSE THIS GAME IS FUN HURR THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE JUST A JOKE HURR SO MANY WHINING KIDS Jesus **** Christ you guys, Get a life."

Visser8 "Anyone who defend this game is either too young to play good games or retarded homo-lovers instead of you finding the romance, this game practically forces romance onto you, not to mention the all-too-famous DA2 where the characters forces gay love upon you, I am giving this game a 1 because at least it doesn't have this in ME3 ALSO, your choices doesn't matter in ME3, the rachichi queen in ME1 is revived if you killed her, or indoctrinated into the reaper's side if you spare her, what the **** characters you killed off is instantly revived, and the reasons provided wERE worse than youtube comments, the dialogues wheel provided were poorly written paraphrases which gives little effect to your actions. I can't really get why everyone would even say ME3 has a good story, its almost on par with DA2 in terms of **** but oh well, I guess the console audience have been eating **** for so long that they don't care if major coporations like EA are spoon-feeding **** anymore"

Take note future parents in this world.
GDC San Francisco – March 5th, 2012 –Paradox Interactive today announced the details of its three previously teased games from small and fresh-thinking game studios for the 2012 Game Developers Conference, upholding that size doesn´t matter when it comes to big gameplay experiences from small development team.Despite some pre-show jitters and a touch of stage fright, all three games, entitled The Showdown Effect, Dungeonland and RED Frontier, are being showcased at the convention. The trio of intriguing and innovative games will be available to view and to play at Paradox’s Interactive’s gaming lounge at GDC.

Action-packed and loaded with adventure, all three of these games will fulfill a unique need in gamers’ lives, whether it is their thirst for blood, fame and glory for their teams, or helpful theme-park-survival skills.

The Showdown Effect

Created by Arrowhead Game Studios, the same brilliant and eccentric minds behind Magicka, The Showdown Effect is a 2.5D multiplayer action game in which players will be participating in death-matches to gain glory and fame. Formerly known as “Project JFK,” The Showdown Effect operates on the principle of “more is more” and offers an infinite amount of ways to customize your gameplay. Whether its character, stage, game mode, or weapons, customize as much as you want and control how creatively you want to kill your friends! Remember, the gorier it is, the better the showdown you will have!

Wrong. DEAD wrong. Dungeonland redefines the idea of having “fun” in a fantasy theme park as it attempts to entrap your heroes and let them line up for their demise. Playing as the Rogue, the Warrior, or the Mage, heroes will adventure in a classic co-op dungeon crawl, with a sinister twist: three players can play as the daring heroes, while a fourth takes on the role of Dungeonland’s Game Master, using a pool of traps and monsters to annihilate their unwelcome guests! Featuring hero customization, looting and dozens of items, Dungeonlandis an amoral, atypical take on asymmetric gameplay.

Would-be commanders will choose their sci-fi heroes and fight strategically alongside teammates and droids in a struggle for resources. On the battlefield, players will have an arsenal of combat droids, vehicles, and ingenious abilities ranging from deployable machine gun turrets and minefields to repair nanoids and orbital rocket strikes. Arsenals are constantly being refilled as fellow commanders respawn instantly and are immediately allowed to re-enter the battlefield after being eliminated. Prevail and celebrate your victory with your teammates in the arena!

View the video at www.youtube.com/watch?v=e4oSjVov4jI

http://youtu.be/e4oSjVov4jI

EA's online download system Origin has been accused of placing a form of tracking software onto your computer to get your personal information, but EA has always denied the claims that gamers had made. After a post in the forum Day One Patch and the responses that follow, is there finally proof that Origin is reading information off of your gaming machine?

User forsayken claims that when he booted up Origin to play Battlefield 3, he took notice that Dead Space 2 appeared, however he claims that he downloaded Dead Space 2 four months ago off of Steam. Turns out from the responses, others have taken notice to the same thing happening to them with other Steam purchased games appearing on Origin.

What do you think? Origin trying to get the upper hand and to each their own or has EA shown that they will do anything to get personal information from their users like installing rumored tracking software onto your PC?

via Day One Patch
